Shipping & Returns
To edit this page simply login to the control panel, click the Website Content tab and choose the View Web Pages option. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
We do not accept perishable items returned unless you received the item by mistake. If you purchase a frozen or refrigerated item and decide AFTER it is delivered- we can not accept the return. If you would like to change your order before the delivery day, we would be glad to help until the truck is loaded. After that point, we can't edit your items. In order to provide high quality items we have to preserve the integrity of the item by ensuring that it wasn't left out of refrigeration.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We currently only ship to customers on our delivery routes around VA. If you would like something shipped through the mail you will need to call in so we can price shipping for you.
