Butternut Squash is a winter squash that grows on a vine. It has a similar sweet nutty taste like pumpkin and can be substituted in most recipes.
It has a tan skin with a bright orange flesh rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, magnesium, potassium and fiber.
