Description

Conventional Fuji Apples from an orchard in Pennsylvania.

The skin of the Fuji apple is partially red with a yellow blush.  The Fuji has a juicy white flesh that is dense and crisp. They are Low in acid. The flavor is mild and sweet.. 

The skin is thick so they keep well.

Store in refrigeration.

Order by the pound -  at 5 lb, 10 lb, 20 lb, 40lb

5-6 Fuji apples
 
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees F. Wash and dry apples. Remove the core from each apple. Using a mandolin slicer, slice the apples 4 to 5 mm thick. (A little less than 1/4 inch.) Lay apple slices on cooling racks. Bake for 2 hours. Turn all the slices and rotate the cooling racks. Bake for 2 more hours until crisp. As the apples cool, they will become more crunchy. Store in an air-tight container.
