Order by the each - Each squash weighs 2-3 lbs.
To cook; Wash, Cut in half cross way and scoop out the seeds. Bake at 350 for an hour or until it softens.
Or You can slice the squash into serving rounds about 2" thick with seeds removed, and it will bake faster.
I halve the squash, remove the seeds and pressure cook it for 10 minutes.
Spaghetti squash can be served cooked plain, sprinkled with cheese or butter and herbs, or with spaghetti sauce.
